HOW DO I GET A BUYER NUMBER?
After you have registered online, and we receive your information and complete verification we will send you your bidding number via email and you will be activated to bid. Please remember your password and bid number and keep them in a secure place. This password and bid number will also work for future auctions.HOW DO I REGISTER TO BUY ONLINE?
Only registered bidders over the age of 18 can participate in our online auctions. To register, select the Register link displayed on any of the auction pages. Enter your contact information. When you submit the form a message will appear to give you instructions on how to submit your information to verify your account. You will also need to review and agree to the User Agreement.
WHY DO WE REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER?
Occasionally we require each bidder to post a credit card verification to ensure that each of our bidders is a valid, qualified bidder. This verification method has been implemented for the protection and security of each of our bidders. Each bidder knows that all bidders are valid and that they have met the same requirements that you have to be able to bid online. The credit card verification process is completely secure. This is the only procedure available to bid online.
HOW DO I BID ON CATTLE ONLINE?
Select the auction you would like to view. When the bidding for the auction is open you will have the opportunity to enter your bid and your maximum bid for each item. Enter your bidding number and password at the bottom of the screen to submit the bid(s).
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM BID?
A Maximum Bid is the highest dollar amount you are willing to pay for an item. Here is an example of using the Maximum Bid feature. If you enter a Maximum Bid the system will automatically bid on your behalf up to your Maximum Bid amount. For example, lets assume that you enter a bid of $1,200 on an animal and Maximum Bid of $1,500. If no other bids are placed on that item you will be the winner at your $1,200 bid. If another bidder places a bid of $1,250 on the item you will now be winning at $1,250 plus 1 increment level, $1,250 + $50 = $1,300. Your Maximum Bid is completely confidential and not revealed to the public or viewed by anyone other than you when selecting this featureHOW DOES THE BIDDING END?
Each auction will end at a specified time. However, we use an auto-extend feature (Horse Race Style). With this feature the bidding will remain open on all items if a bid has been received a bid within the last 5 minutes. Once 5 minutes has lapsed without any bidding activity on any item, all items will be closed. If a bid is placed in the extended bidding (within 5 minutes of the close of the sale) 5 more minutes will be added to the ending of the sale on all items.
HOW DO KEEP BIDDING INFORMATION CURRENT?
During the bidding process you will need to refresh you page to ensure you are viewing the most current bidding screen.
HOW DO I PAY FOR PURCHASES?
Payment methods and payees will vary from sale to sale. An invoice will be sent to you with the purchased lots listed with the amounts of your purchases. Please pay from the invoice received. If you are the winning bidder from an online auction and you do not receive an invoice within ten days of the close of the sale please contact New Age Marketing at 785.320.6054 or 785.259.4122. Personal, Company, and Corporate Checks are accepted, along with Money Orders, Cahiers Checks and Credit Cards.
